SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of using CarTracked software and our billing policies.
1. Billing

Billing Date: CarTracked Software Company Inc. will bill you on the 1st day of each month for your use of our services.

Pricing: The price for using CarTracked is $399 CAD per month, and it may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes will be clearly specified in your billing statement.

Additional Fees: There are no additional fees associated with your use of CarTracked, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon in your specific agreement.
2. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your CarTracked service at any time. To cancel, you must provide us with a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. Upon cancellation, your access to CarTracked will be terminated at the end of the 30-day notice period and you will no longer be billed.
